Had a wonderful stay! Gorgeous grounds, super comfy rooms, and a delicious breakfast spread. Gennaro at the front desk was a lifesaver with our travel plans. Just wish the pool had been warmer for a dip.

the location and scenery are beautifull. The grounds are really well kept with lots of green spaces. the staff was so nice and helpfull, always ready to assist with what we needed. we had a great experience with the shuttle service, super convenient for getting around town. breakfast had a good variety, perfect to start our day. the pool area looked nice, just wish it was warm enough to swim.
the room was nice but some in our group had to sleep on folding beds, and the sound isolation is really bad, we could hear everything from the neighbors.

Breakfast was delightful with a good variety, but it was disappointing to find that staples like eggs and ham ran out without a refill. the restaurant service was chaotic, resulting in long wait times for meals, making dining less pleasurable than expected. the staff was helpful and friendly, especially during breakfast, which provided an assortment of traditional Marche products, enhancing the dining experience.

Recommend it for families
The hotel has great staff, always ready to help, especially during breakfast, where the wide choice of local and international products made our mornings special. The atmosphere is nice for families, as we enjoyed the spacious rooms which allowed the kids to move around comfortably.
Not cheap, but not too bad either.

We had a delightful stay at this lovely hotel. The grounds are stunning, featuring beautiful gardens that are perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was impressive, with a wide array of options available every morning, making each day feel special. While we enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms, it would have been nice if the pool had been heated for a comfortable swim.
